It isn't sit ups the whole time (which seemed daunting to me post-baby) it is a lot of different types of core stuff. It has helped me a lot and I can see improvement in my strength as I can do exercises that I couldn't do a couple of months ago in class. Not sure if that helps but perhaps sometime of core class would be helpful :o) I am trying to build up as much strength as I can before my surgery in Nov.
